Passionate about what you make and create?

Do you love what you do but…… (oh yes there is often a but) so let me ask you:

Here’s how we can help…

STAGE 1 Fixing Your Figures
At this stage you will want to know, understand your figures from your ideal cost of living, business overheads, cost of sale including understanding gross margins to knowing whether you have sufficient capital or income to sustain you whilst starting out or growing your business. Finally you will be able to create your own 12 month profit plan.
STAGE 2 Planning & Managing Your Time
At this stage you know your figures and ready to begin running your business but where do you start? A sense of overwhelm is beginning to raise its head. This is where you need structure and a plan.
STAGE 3 Gaining Customers
At this stage, your confidence is building, you understand you figures and now you have planned your time into workable chunks without interruptions. Now you are ready to work on gaining and retaining customers.
STAGE 4 Marketing
At this stage, you recognise your ideal customer and can picture them in your mind’s ‘eye’, and you know where to find them. This will enable you to build a marketing strategy using a variety of tools to encourage your ideal customer to your sales platform.
STAGE 5 Sales
You are now feeling confident in engaging with potential customers, encouraging them to buy and closing the sale profitably. Not only will you be able to sell on-line you will be confident in selling at Markets, Fairs and Festivals.
STAGE 6 Retaining Customers
At this stage you will see the sales rolling in, you are analysing your statistics and have a 12-month profit plan in place, all is progressing well and you are achieving your goals.
